sugar-free chocolate sauce or syrup

chilled semi-skimmed milk
For serving (optional)

cocoa (chocolate) powder or shaves of dark chocolate
Instructions
Mix instant coffee with cold water and stir until all coffee granules are dissolved.
Add chocolate syrup and stir until smooth and no lumps of chocolate sauce are apparent.
Fill ⅓ of a tall glass with ice (if using), pour over the coffee and chocolate mix. Add chilled milk.
Top with whipped cream and decorate with cocoa powder, chocolate powder or shaves of chocolate. Serve with a straw and a latte spoon.
